SPECTRA’s name reflects the core values that guide all programs and partnerships: Support, Participation, Education, Community Building, Transformative Change, Resource Sharing, and Action.

We ensure Black & other racialized neurodivergent people shape decisions, programs, and policies that affect their lives.
